We are two brothers who have a passion for creating craft Texas Style Barbecue. We are located near Tavistock ON. We serve most of the surrounding areas.

During 2020 we both got pellet smokers and that began our love for making barbecue. Starting with a small instagram account posting our first cooks, quickly lead to our friends wanting some of our food.

We began bringing some of our barbecue to parties or inviting people over to eat. It then lead to doing a few pop ups.

Now we are inspected by Waterloo Region Public Health, own a fleet of offset smokers and are taking catering and custom orders as well as doing pop up events .

We have big plans for the future and are excited to see where this takes us. We hope to be able to share our food with all of you.
